Confidentiality Integrity Availability:
As a participant in the Event, you may become exposed to certain information which is considered confidential by the Taiwan Lung Cancer Society, a society member, or other party participating in the Event (collectively referred to herein as the “Event Participants”). You acknowledge that the unauthorized disclosure of such confidential information may harm one or more of the Event Participants, and accordingly, agree not to use, publish or otherwise disclose such confidential information to anyone and other Event Participants who are bound by the terms of this Agreement. The obligations set forth herein shall apply for a period of three (3) years from the date of the Event, but shall not apply to information: 1) known to the recipient prior to the date of its disclosure, 2) which is or becomes public other than through an act or default of a receiving party, 3) obtained from a third party who is in lawful possession of the same and who did not acquire same from the disclosure under an obligation of confidence, 4) independently developed by one or more of the recipients, or 5) disclosed pursuant to a judicial or governmental order or requirement. Should you wish to disclose information which you deem to be confidential in the course of the Event, you will be required to conspicuously mark such information with a “confidential” or “proprietary” legend or substantial equivalent. Information orally disclosed shall be identified as confidential or proprietary at the time of disclosure and summarized in writing, clearly identifying the disclosing party and be conspicuously marked with a “confidential” or “proprietary” legend or substantial equivalent and delivered to the receiving party within thirty (30) days of its disclosure. All Event Participants hereby agree that all such information marked and disclosed shall be held in confidence as set forth above. As an Event Participant, I further acknowledge the Taiwan Lung Cancer Society sometimes publishes summaries of Events and other proceedings. Any such summary will not include any confidential information which has been identified as set forth supra.

Any personal data registrants provided will only be used for event registration, email confirmation, CE accreditation and future marketing purpose; and for such purposes we may transfer your information to our event organizers (Taiwan Association for the Study of Lung Cancer), and event management service provider (MIMS (Hong Kong) Ltd). You have the right, at no cost, to request access to and correct your personal data held by the above-mentioned event organizers and event management service provider. All personal data will be deleted 3 months after the event.
