Senior Consultant Infectious Diseases Physician
Dr Ling Li Min is an Infectious Diseases Physician with experience in caring for patients with complicated infectious diseases conditions. Prior to joining Rophi Clinic, Dr Ling was a Senior Consultant at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) where she led the Intensive Care Multi-Disciplinary Infectious Diseases service since 2009 and Haematology-Infectious Diseases service since 2018.

She completed her specialist training in 2007 and furthered her sub-specialty training in infections in ICU and haematology patients at The Alfred Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia. Since then, she has been caring for a wide range of patients, in particular the critically ill or immunocompromised hosts.

At NCID, together with fellow health care workers, she has cared for COVID-19 patients in ICU and general ward settings. She was a co-investigator for the Adaptive Covid-19 Treatment Trials (ACTT-1, ACTT-2, ACTT-3) and the lead for the COVID-19 Immunomodulatory Clinical workgroup at TTSH.

She was the founding Programme Director for the TTSH Infectious Diseases Senior Residency Programme, as well as an awardee of the Clinician Scientist Career Scheme from 2014 to 2017. Dr Ling has served as a Clinical Senior Lecturer with Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine as well as an Adjunct Associate Professor with Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Ms Oh Shu Xin

Oh Shu Xin is currently serving as a Medical Advisor at Moderna in Singapore, where she leads scientific discussions with Key Opinion Leaders to inform medical strategies and enhance stakeholder understanding of medical products and services. She collaborates closely with research and development teams to provide medical input for product development and clinical trials.

Previously, Shu Xin held several pivotal roles at Pfizer Singapore, demonstrating her versatility and expertise. As a Medical Manager, she managed vaccines including pneumococcal, COVID-19, and meningococcal vaccines, and coordinated efforts with the Singapore Ministry of Health to generate real-world evidence on COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness. She also facilitated the expedited access of COVID-19 vaccines and antiviral treatments via the Pandemic Special Access Route.

As a Medical Scientific Liaison, she successfully launched significant products such as Tafamidis for ATTR-CM and Infliximab biosimilar in the Singapore market and initiated the nation’s first amyloid registry in collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders.

Shu Xin began her career in clinical pharmacy, serving as the Lead Pharmacist for the Outpatient Pharmacy Automation System at Sengkang General Hospital in Singapore. Her professional credentials include a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) from University Sains Malaysia and she is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health from University College London. She is a fully registered pharmacist in Singapore.
