Terms and Conditions 1. I agree that the Organizer is permitted to collect, store and use my personal data (as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) as provided by me in the registration for the purpose of or in connection with the meeting. 2. The Organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the programme without prior notice. 3. In case of any dispute regarding the activities in the meeting, or/and other related matters, the decision of the Organizer shall be final, binding and conclusive. 4. I acknowledge and agree to Roche using and presenting any sound and/or visual recording made during the meeting, including sequences of it ("Recorded Material"). As such, I grant Roche the right to edit all Recorded Material as it deems appropriate. Furthermore, Roche shall have no obligation to show Recorded Material at any particular time and location.
