Dr Rick Chan is a Family Physician, practicing in Singapore. He also leads the SingHealth Regional Primary Care Network (PCN) as its Clinical Lead since 2018. He has a keen interest for Family and Occupational Medicine. He was awarded the Public Service Medal for his outstanding COVID-19 contributions in leading the SingHealth PCN.

Dr Shirin Kalimuddin is currently a Senior Consultant in the Department of Infectious Diseases at Singapore General Hospital, and an Assistant Professor with the Emerging Infectious Diseases Programme at the Duke-NUS Medical School. Being a leading researcher in basic, translational, and clinical sciences, Dr Kalimuddin’s work focuses on both therapeutic development for COVID-19 and understanding its virological and host factors.

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital
Dr Yung Chee Fu is currently a Senior Consultant with the Infectious Disease Service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. Dr Yung is currently involved in local and international research to understand COVID-19’s clinical epidemiology, transmission, immune response, and disease development. His research interests include infectious diseases, vaccinology outbreak control, epidemiology and public health medicine.

Dr Shephali Tagore
Senior Consultant, Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine,
KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital
Dr Shephali Tagore is currently the Head and Senior Consultant in the Department of Maternal and Fetal Medicine, and the Director of the O&G International Medical Programme at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She has extensive clinical experience in all aspects of the Obstetrics and Gynecology field. Her research interests include high-risk obstetrics, fetal heart rate monitoring and operative obstetrics. Dr Tagore is also actively teaching residents, midwives, nurses and various training programs in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. In March 2019, she was awarded the Academic Achievement Award for Obstetrics Emergency Training.
